The thing with gadgets is that they tend to go out of style quite quickly. Mobile phones especially go out of style in less than a year so it is definitely not a worthy investment. I remember Greg a couple of years back buying a Nokia N95 right after it was released in the market and it was very expensive. Its selling price back then was equivalent to the price of a decent Dell laptop. I have no idea what came over him when he decided to buy it because in less than a year the price of the phone dropped drastically. Now he's thinking of buying an iPhone and I'm trying to dissuade him. Lee said I should just leave him be after all working at an outsourced call centre means he's got all the money to splurge if he wants to. But that's not the point and I am sure there are other ways or things more important things he could spend his money on. If not he could just save it for the rainy days. |

Some say that when services are south for from outside is a betrayal to patriotism but I do say that it is a way to prosperity. My justification here is that when you seek services from outside, you will be bringing in quality and diversity. These will contribute into making what you have better. The services that are sought for from outside do not only add value to the company but also to the individuals working with the company. When the government announced that it was going to issue out grants to those who were directly involved in environmental research, so many applicants showed up. It was evident that so many people wanted to benefit, but the government could only award a few projects because of scarcity of funds. The only option left was to issue the grants as discretionary grants. The government was going to go over every application and to ascertain which of the applications addressed the main issues that it was willing to fund, and that is how they managed to reduce the number of applicants to the number they could manage to fund. Those who did not qualify sought other grants in order to continue with their research. Research grants have been helping our country so much because they help upgrade our school curriculum. The results of the research are included in our education journals for the benefit of each and every citizen. We are still waiting to hear what the environmentalists will recommend after their research in order to improve our environment. |

Meetings are a monumental waste of time. They are nothing but an opportunity for bullying and puffery. People in management who want their workers to work effectively and efficiently should not waste their time by forcing them to sit around unproductively attending to a lot of chest-beating and engaging in brown-nosing. Intelligent managers and supervisors who respect and trust their staff should be aware of the fact that the majority of office workers are literate and able to read a job board, office memo, or e mail. Another thing office managers could do that would improve office life is do away with silly little contests and prizes. When people do good work, they should receive pay raises, not dime-a-dozen “atta-boys“ like blue ribbon, plastic leis and cheap little trophies. They'd also do a lot better if management went on courses like prince2 training courses to learn how to manage projects more efficiently. Office life would be a lot better if office workers knowledge, skills and abilities were respected and they were treated like the mature adults they are. |

Customer support is one of the many considerations I make before signing up a contract with any service provider. With customer support, one is assured that the minimal issues they may have in the process of enjoying the purchased services will be resolved as soon as they occur. I have an account with PayPal for instance, and since the account deals directly with my money, I prefer to have paypal phone support contacts all the time, because a phone call is much easier to make, and one can express themselves better over the phone. Besides, in case of a transaction that went wrong, what I would like to hear is a human assurance that something will be done and I may recover what I have lost. Online support is also great, especially today when we have the internet with us. It is cheap and easy as well, and in most cases, the online customer support is operational throughout. The guarantee of getting help once you contact such a support is great. What is better than an assurance of getting help freely after a purchase? |

The Cannock city council is mandated to carry out government business within and without Cannock town. The city council over the years has been helping the residents of the town so much, through the government. The poor have been receiving financial support in terms of benefits and grants while the job seekers have been helped to get employments within and out of the town. Those who are unable to foot their education needs have been helped financially through education grants in order to help them get a job in cannock or in other towns across the country. The city council too has been helping the citizens so much by providing security ion their homes and offices. In fact, the town is the safest town in the whole country. Without this council, the residents of Cannock could not know what they could have done. So many community projects that are helping the locals are being run by the council. These include the social amenities like the health centers, schools, recreation centers and so on. The residents do not even have to pay so much to enjoy these services because they are the government projects. |

The saddest moment in one life is when they have lost their loved one. This is a time when logic does not seem to work and no matter what the circumstances of the death are, one is left with questions that no one seems to have the answers. As much as we are advised to be positive at all times and shun negativity, it is important to throw our eyes on the other side and know how it feels like. That is the reason why there are critics in all sectors and their main work is to look at what is wrong about a certain piece of work and point out what is wrong with the whole thing. An all time person will not see anything wrong with the work and this could work for the worst to a company especially if it is an advertising company. Rights are rules which should be followed whether somebody likes or not. Nobody is supposed to oppose them but to obey them. They are written in book of law and one should act and do as they state without ignoring any word or deducting but to do exactly the way they are. They give guidelines to things people do and they enable themselves to do and perform them in legal way.A consumer protection rights are important as well and they protect them from people who are taking advantage of their money and abuse them by making them pay more money of things they are purchasing than original price which they should give out. Protection is given so that fraud people don’t have right to use their money which is not there’s. From people who are forcing them to buy things they don’t intend to buy.
