Apart from home, children are better off in the hands of teachers. This is where they learn so many things and also develop their talents. It is easier to tell what talent a child is when they are in the midst of others. This is why talents are better off realized and developed in schools. Look at what happened to rupert grint. He is a known actor in harry Potter series, and he developed his talent way back in school when he started participating in plays organized by his school. If the teachers did not notice his talent at that time and encouraged him to start acting then, he would probably be elsewhere doing something he is not even talented in. It is always good to let a child do what they love the most and this is usually developing their talents and letting them go as far as they would like to go on their own. This way, you will have a celebrity earlier in your home, like Rupert, who then was barely twenty.
