I have read of cases where someone went to a car dealership and bought a brand new car and then after a while the car starts having serious problems that a new car is not supposed to be having. He or she will use this information in a court to plead your case and most definitely everything is going to add up and they will lean to favor you. They will need to know the status of the car when it was bought and the agreement you signed and they will also hire a car specialist who will be able to show the judge that car is not supposed to be having such a problem.
