A laptop is a type of computer that is portable and it can be carried anywhere compared to a computer. It has several ports where you can connect to another monitor or even a lcd tv in which the tv will serve as the second monitor. Once you know how to connect lcd to laptop then you will enjoy watching movies, playing games, share photos and online videos. Well, you simply switch off your laptop and lcd tv, find the ports on the laptop and tv that are the same. It can be VGA,HDMI,RCA and s-video connections but if you find a HDMI port that would be the best preferred one. Insert one end of your cable to a laptop and the other end into your lcd tv. Switch on both your laptop and lcd tv and find the correct source. If you used a HDMI then you should find its source.
